Mid-Winter Musings

With the recent thaw that has happened, people are starting to think about prospects for a new gardening season.    One thing interesting being a gardener is to feel the first hint of Spring each year.  This year I sensed it on Groundhog Day.  Although it was reported that the Groundhog saw his shadow this year, it felt to me that this will be an early Spring.   Is it because I am well rested and ready for the Spring already?   Wishful thinking?  Perhaps.
